Here is an amazing custom dress that is inspired by the "Harley Quinn" character. Yes, this is the Joker's Girlfriend if she donned a totally retro 1950's pin-up style outfit. I gotta say that it's extremely well done, both in design and concept. I love it!! Advertisement
